Who is Henri?
Son of the owners, Henri is a bubbly 6-year-old boy. Born in Bordeaux, France, he spent the first years of his life traveling between the landscapes of Europe and the horizons of Quebec. Endearing and energetic, he was quickly adopted by the people of the village: everyone knows Henri! Although our son has a language impairment, this is not an obstacle for him: he loves people and reaching out to meet them. Don’t be surprised to see him welcome you or lend a hand in the service, he is already training to take over one day! His adorable personality and sweet qualities are the great inspiration for the values we want to share with our inn and bistro. It was therefore only natural that the restaurant bear the name of our eldest.
